Saturday Musings
I went walking today. I took Jax to the Provo Farmers Market and back. It's only a few blocks away but it was a big deal. For someone who couldn't pick up their son a year ago, or walk up a few steps with out getting muscle spasms, walking 10 blocks without crashing afterward is a huge deal for me.
The past few weeks have been great! We're in a new apartment, a new ward, and I'm getting used to being pregnant again. I'm back at school as well. Two more semesters!

Being pregnant this time around is quite different. For one thing Jax didn't care what I ate and he was a MAJOR sweet tooth. He still is so that makes sense. This baby really dislikes sweets and foods that are too fatty. Every time I have a treat I'm super nauseous the whole day. Yeah...the whole having a treat as a reward system doesn't work right now.
It's odd being pregnant again. I know I'm going to love this baby as well. Watching Jax grow and learn has been my joy.
He's talking now. He can say cookie, please, temple, dada, nom, kitty, dog, car, wow, oh no, hi, bye, baby, ball, and guitar. Most of the bigger words aren't pronounced very well but he's trying.
This little boy is my world. He has brought me more joy than I thought was possible. He is a part of me, having him out in the world is having a piece of my soul running around. It's terrifying but amazing.
I know that this baby will be the same way. That's also terrifying. I'm excited to find out the gender in a few weeks. Life is hard, but with all these great things coming my way I can't help but look forward to the future.
