Tender Mercies
Have you ever looked at you life and thought, "Is this really happening to me?" It can be good or bad, but it's a surreal experience. During these times it can feel frustrating because there are few things that can ground you back to reality. Thankfully having a two-year-old and being pregnant kind of does that for me, but there are some other amazing things that have happened the past little while.
For one thing I got a job! I was having a struggle figuring out expenses and so I started looking for a job. My sister sent me an application on Tuesday, I applied Wednesday, took a screening test Thursday, was interviewed and offered the job on Friday. Not only that but they got me in the training group that Monday. I've been an official employee of Boostability for a week now.
Speaking of money blessings, I also got a letter from the hospital. The cost of my MRIs and such was brought down about $450 dollars. That was a huge burden lifted from my shoulders, and made many more things seem feasible when they weren't before.
These are only a few things that have happened, but they have helped me see so many wonderful things happening in my life. I've reconnected with some great friends, received flowers from family members to just let me know they were thinking of me, found papers I needed right where I needed them to be, and have felt an overwhelming amount of love from the people around me.
I know that Heavenly Father is aware of me and my little family. Even when life is crazy he goes out of his way to let me know that he loves me. I'm so grateful that he cares about me so much. I know that as long as I rely on Heavenly Father for guidance and strength I'll be able to overcome any obstacle, and when I do turn to him, he'll provide tender mercies throughout my life to remind me that he is there and thinking of me.
